Perishable Products including Grain Spawn Bags

We accept returns for any UN-opened items in the original packaging within 7 days after receiving the products, contact us for a return authorization number.

Once we receive the return your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method used.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a shipping carrier with tracking ability to ensure it is delivered to us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
